1.原料;鲈鱼、大葱、姜、李锦记蒸鱼豉油、古越龙山花雕。

2.鲈鱼正反面片开几刀。

3.用花雕酒和少许盐揉匀,腌渍20分钟。

4.葱姜切丝。

5.将鱼肚中塞入一些葱姜丝

6.盘中再铺一些葱姜丝。

7.葱姜丝上放上鲈鱼,鱼身上铺一些葱姜丝。

8.锅中水烧沸,放在锅中蒸7-8分钟左右关火,关火后虚蒸四五分钟。

9.将蒸好的鱼身上葱姜丝去除,倒掉蒸鱼中浸在盘中的腥水,换上新的葱姜丝,红椒丝。

10.锅入植物油烧热,要烧到冒烟,将热油从鱼头均匀浇至鱼尾。

11.最后浇上蒸鱼豉油即可。
